At the moment, almost whole globe is connected. We are flying from one antipodes to another, for vacations, work, or college. We are buying products which were made in Asia, we’re enjoying English films and TV series.

When there is very big company situated in UK, which requires plenty of tasks to be finished by many people, really often it is better in economical therm, to create another IT agency in different, poorer country. Thanks to that idea, they have a chance to pay less for similar labor, cause they are providing managed services, and people in India, for instance are doing another tasks. And because this is far poorer country, payment of the workers is lower then in United Kingdom, but enough for the Indian people. A lot of them are also located in Poland, where inhabitants are very good in this subject, are highly educated and hard laboring. Also, they are earning two times less then British people, so it aid to save a lot of cash for the main company. They are doing managed services, more helpful hints on creating brand new applications, tailor- made developments. This tendency is good not only for the company, but also for it employees in Poland. They’ve very well-paid work, plenty of benefits and very friendly work environment. Beside, they are working for very important, international firm.

Nothing weird in that, cause IT experts in here are educated on European degree, so they work is not worse then their colleagues from United Kingdom. Idea this Kind helps to save many of money for the company, which they may spend on inventing totally new technologies.
